| | Blood in the urine may be an indicator of RCC. However, this can indicate other conditions as well, such as kidney stones or prostate enlargement. Other symptoms include a mass in the abdominal area, pain in the side or back, fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss without dieting, anemia, swelling of ankles and legs and high blood pressure.
