 Symptoms
 Most Wilms' tumors are detected before they spread to other parts of the body. Parents usually notice a large lump or feel a hard mass in their child's belly. Only about 25 percent of children may experience symptoms such as fever, high blood pressure, stomach pain and blood in the urine.
