 Symptoms
 Symptoms of anal cancer include bleeding or pain in the anal area; straining during a bowel movement; itching around the anus; a change in bowel habits; a change in the diameter of the stool; discharge from the anus; swollen lymph nodes in the anal or groin area; or a lump near the anus.
